Working with brands is a hugely exciting part of Step Up. What better way to engage with your female customers and give them something unique and genuinely enriching, than associate yourself with Step Up, the leaders in modern, female career development. We believe that you can build trust and loyalty with your customers, by working with us and helping them to become their best selves.

We work with fashion labels, beauty brands, food companies, stationers, websites, hotels and more, to help deliver our Step Up message to as many women as possible. The results have been incredible: more women engaged in meaningful career development and an increased commitment to finding personal success.

So how do we work with brands? Well, for our current, global Karen Millen #WomenWhoCan campaign, we’ve pretty much ticked every collaboration box. Online content, social media coverage, celebrity interviews, store events and an exclusive press dinner, all organised, curated and fronted by us, the Step Up Club.

Other less expansive collaborations have included chic shopping events for the likes of jeweller Dinny Hall, fashion brand Eileen Fisher and one of London’s most exclusive shopping emporiums, Fenwick Bond Street. We also co-host evening careers and networking events, such as our on-going series with the Hoxton hotel group and our unique International Women’s Day event with D&D London.

We work remotely with brands such as stationer Kikki.K to create style focused, life-affirming online content with a careers skew. And we will always happily co-host press launches and events, as we did for Aromatherapy Associates with a sit down breakfast, for its latest fragrance launch at London’s Dorchester hotel.

The point is we pride ourselves on putting a Step Up spin on everything that we do. Modern, stylish, informative, practical, engaging and fun, our brand work is also carefully thought out and professionally executed to suit each company that we work with, whilst always staying true to our unique Step Up message of confidence, individuality and personal success.
